Single Survey Plan- $129

• Includes one survey job: documents roof condition and locates damage

• File storage for your two most recent jobs

  • After a job, clients will receive a link to all the files. We can store up to two jobs on our servers, but clients are welcome to make their own copies of the files.

• 25% discount for emergency imagery services

  • In the event of an “act of god” that causes large damage to your roof, we will assist in documenting the damages at a discount.

Bi-Annual Survey Plan (Best Value)- $199

• Includes two survey jobs (jobs can be scheduled anytime, but are mostly commonly conducted in the Spring and Fall)

• Fall Survey: documents roof condition prior to the winter months

• Spring Survey: documents roof condition after the winter months and locates damage

• File storage for your three most recent jobs

  • After a job, clients will receive a link to all the files. We can store up to three jobs on our servers, but clients are welcome to make their own copies of the files.

• 50% discount for emergency imagery services

  • In the event of an “act of god” that causes large damage to your roof, we will assist in documenting the damages at a discount.  

Residential Thermal Imagery

Using thermal imaging technology, Aerial Perspectives can detect “hot spots” on the exterior of a building. These “hot spots” indicate areas where heat is likely escaping. Identifying these locations provides homeowners with the necessary information to improve the heating efficiency of their house.

Smaller Sized Houses (Under 2000 square feet)- $99

• Interactive thermal imaging

• Thermal pictures provided to homeowner

Medium Sized Houses (2000-4000 square feet)- $119

• Interactive thermal imaging

• Thermal pictures provided to homeowner

Larger Sized Houses (Over 4000 square feet)- $139

• Interactive thermal imaging

• Thermal pictures provided to homeowner

*Discounts are offered when combined with roof surveying/imagery.*

Weddings/Large Events

Our wedding packages are as follows:

• $200, up to 1 hour of service, unlimited pictures/videos

• $325, up to 2 hours of service, unlimited pictures/videos

• $450, up to 3 hours of service, unlimited pictures/videos

• If none of these packages meet your needs, please contact us so we can find one that does.

Disclaimer: The above pricing is based on the use of one drone. The hours of service indicate the time drone operators are present at the event and available to fly, not air-time. Contact us for any special requests including the use of multiple drones. 

Aerial Perspectives offers a wide variety of drone photography services including:

General Pricing

Pricing for private jobs is calculated by the hour. During that time, clients have full access to our services including photos, videos, high-zoom capabilities, thermal imaging, 360-degree panoramas, geo-location, and more.

Hourly Rate:

• $125 for the first hour (1 hour minimum)

  • $100 for each consecutive hour
